AutoAdmins – global providers of IT tool stack administration, centralized services, and automation solutions for MSPs and enterprise businesses – is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Centralized Services Engineer to join our Centralized Services division. As a Centralized Services Engineer, you’ll serve as a dedicated resource for one of our MSP customers, operating as an extension of their internal team. You’ll manage infrastructure, cloud, and endpoint systems day-to-day while being fully supported by AutoAdmins’ Centralized Services engineers and automation specialists. This role is 100% remote and full-time, based in India.
The Role
- Serve as a dedicated technical engineer for our MSP customers, acting as part of their internal IT operations team.
- Perform proactive system maintenance, including server management, patching, and performance monitoring.
- Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and other client infrastructure systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve support tickets related to servers, networks, and endpoints.
- Maintain and improve virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Support networking (VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls) and endpoint management functions.
- Coordinate with AutoAdmins’ Centralized Services team for escalations, projects, and automation tasks.
- Document key processes, updates, and SOPs to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Provide daily operational visibility and collaborate with both the client and AutoAdmins leadership on service performance.
The Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in MSP, IT infrastructure, or centralized service delivery.
- Hands-on experience with RMM and PSA tools such as Kaseya, Datto, NinjaOne, Atera, or ConnectWise.
- Proficiency in Windows Server (2008+), Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong understanding of networking concepts: VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall management.
- Experience with backup management, disaster recovery, and endpoint security solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with client stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bonus Points
- Certifications in Microsoft, VMware, or ITIL.
- Experience supporting MSP clients in a dedicated or embedded capacity.
- Familiarity with automation, scripting, or API integrations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed technical teams and vendors.
