We’re looking for RMM Administrator, An industry enthusiast who is passionate about Managed Services. To help MSPs and enterprises succeed, they leverage the latest tools and technology. Through the defined ecosystem of tools, services, and consulting, they deliver world-class RMM operations. The position is 100% remote. This position is full-time, but we will consider part-time as well.
Responsibilities

Application and Incident Management

New client onboarding
-
Participate in project scoping calls with customers as needed

Assist in delivering agnostic solution-based content through a defined ecosystem

Provide escalation and mentorship to delivery specialists and automation development team

Learn and have fun while doing the above
Qualifications

Relevant Experience & Exposure to MSP tool stack i.e. RMM & PSA

Basic knowledge of IT concepts
-
Good understanding of ITIL best practices

Creativity, a desire to learn, and pride in your work

Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Bonus Qualifications

A background in IT, (helpdesk, sysadmin, desktop tech, etc.)

Familiarity with Custom Automation and Development

Experience with any scripting languages

Certification on MSP tool stack i.e. RMM or PSA
