We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer who has some experience in customer support, account management, RMM’s (preferably Kaseya VSA), automation, managed services, and tech. As an industry enthusiast you’ll help MSP’s and enterprises succeed by leveraging the latest tools, technology, and experience. You’ll help deliver world-class service operations and consulting in a much needed and rapidly growing area of IT. The position is 100% remote and full-time, but we will consider part-time as well.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly client RMM and configuration audits

  • Conduct ongoing technology and service delivery quality reviews

  • Client relationship and account management

  • Suggest ideas and solutions while liaising with clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders

  • Be an escalation point and mentor to our RMM administrator and development teams

  • Assist in delivering our best practice configuration and automation content

  • Learn and have fun while doing the above

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience and exposure to common MSP tool stacks i.e. RMM’s & PSA’s

  • Basic knowledge of IT, monitoring, and automation concepts

  • Good understanding of support and industry best practices

  • Creativity, a desire to learn, and pride in your work

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Kaseya VSA

  • A background in IT, (helpdesk, sysadmin, desktop tech, etc.)

  • A background in a customer-facing role

  • Familiarity with custom automation and development

  • Experience with any scripting languages, (PowerShell or C# preferred)

  • Any certifications within the MSP tool stack i.e. RMM’s or PSA’s
